Our puppy class runs as a course and it is necessary to enrol prior to the course starting. Each course is limited to the number of puppies at each class, from when they have had their second vaccination up to 20 weeks of age for our younger puppies.
As we have Kennel Club listed status enabling us to run the Kennel Club Good Citizen Scheme Puppy Foundation Courses, good news the Kennel Club is allowing puppies up to a year to also attend the Kennel Club Foundation puppy courses.
We put puppies over 20 weeks of age grouped to similar aged puppies to ensure good socialisation and learning experiences.
For our latest / next puppy course date, please see our puppy class dates.
Beginner Dog Class
Our beginner dog classes run on a six-week prepaid system due to Covid 19 restrictions enabling us to determine the number in each class. All dogs are welcome but please inform us of any issues prior to attending via email or phone call to ensure the best for you and your dog and other members. This class is aimed at dogs that are above puppy age and have not had much training in the past.
This class is suitable for rescue dogs, owners that need to introduce more control with their dog, or for a family pet that needs to learn the basic of good behaviour.
Kennel Club Good Citizen Classes (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
As your dog and you learn and develop new skills enabling you to gain control in different environments and situations allowing you to move through each stage of your training. In these classes as in all classes we aim to make the learning fun for both you and the dog.
The kennel club good Citizen dog scheme is a dog training program that promotes socially acceptable dogs and creates responsible dog owners the scheme is non-competitive and is open to all dogs of all ages and breeds.
